Physical Therapy - Early Intervention

I currently see kids face-to-face through the West Virginia Birth to Three (Early Intervention) program. Evaluations are done in your home for FREE, regardless of income, as part of IDEA (public school special education program). At the moment, I personally see kids in Upshur and Lewis counties, however there are other providers in all counties of the state. Anyone can make a referral, not just pediatricians, so if you have any concerns with your child's development, fill out the electronic referral form below.

Physical Therapy -Pediatric

I am not currently accepting insurance to see kids privately due to a heavy early intervention caseload. This may change in the future as my personal situation changes. Check in for a referral link in the future!
